Uniforms & Equipment

Each Sierra Foothill team shall adhere to the NFHA Lacrosse Rule Book on uniform regulations. Each team will wear SFLC Board approved uniforms at all league games and all tournaments.
SFLC Colors are Gold and Black.

6U/8U Coed & 10U players will be provided a loaner jersey from the club.

12U & 14U players will be required to purchase their uniforms. Link here

There are also a number of online retailers and local sporting good stores such as Lacrosse Fanatic www.lacrossefanatic.com and national retailers such as Dick's Sporting Goods that have extensive lacrosse choices

Required Equipment:

Boys: Gloves, Helmet (black is preferred), Protective Cup, Mouth-Guard, Shoulder Pads, Arm Pads, cleats, stick.

Boy Goalies: Helmet(black), Throat Guard, Protective Cup, Mouth-Guard, Arm Pads, Chest Protector, Shin Guards.
(This equipment is provided by the club for youth teams)

Girls: Goggles, Mouth-Guard, Stick

Girl Goalies: Gloves, Chest Protector, Pelvic/Abdominal Protection, Mouth-Guard, Throat Guard, Leg Pads
