Volunteers

This small club could not exist without the support our great community. Beginning this season, families will be asked to support their teams by completing a set number of volunteer jobs. The Once schedules are available, game day jobs will be posted in TeamSnap ONE. Season long jobs will be assigned per interest. Thank you for your efforts; this is vital for our club to grow!


Volunteer jobs may include:

  • Field striping: Measure and paint field lines as needed. (prior to games)
  • Scorekeeper: Record goals, penalties, timeouts, and other game information. (during game)
  • Game clock/penalty timer: Operate the game clock and track penalty time. (during game)
  • Field setup and breakdown: Set up or put away goals, cones, tents, tables, and equipment. (prior to and after game)
  • Sideline helper: Assist with sideline organization, particularly or only for younger teams.(during game)
  • End-line ball retriever: Keep extra balls available and retrieve balls that leave the field. (during game)
  • Team parent: Communicate team information through Team Liasion, pictures throughout season, end of season party and coaches gifts. (all season)
  • Second Team parent (optional): Communicate team information through Team Liasion, pictures throughout season, end of season party and coaches gifts. (all season)
  • Coach or assistant coach: Support practices and games after completing required training.
  • Board position: Serve in a club leadership role.
  • Fundraising procurement: Secure donated items, supplies, or services.
  • Fundraising event support: Help with setup, check-in, activities, sales, or cleanup.
